A quick Mascara tip
I know there's a debate among makeup artists on using mascara on lower lashes. I tend to like it on myself and on most of my clients.
Depending on face structure and eye shape, mascara on the bottom lashes can bleed on to the skin below the eye, especially as the day goes on.
To keep this from happening, I prefer using a powder liner underneath, helping fill in the lash line. It makes lashes appear thicker. I'll then only need a small amount of a thinner mascara there. If I'm looking for a more dramatic look, I'll use a pencil inside the waterline.

Til next time. BJ
