#Wellness Start your day off right
Start your day off right, it sets your tone for the day. I always start my day off with a full glass of lemon water. I'm sure you've heard it before, but there are great benefits. It alkalizes the body, boosts metabolism, cleanses the kidneys, flushes toxins and stimulates digestion. Follow this with a healthy breakfast. It doesn't have to be heavy but a good mix of protein, carbs, and healthy fats. *Example would be an omelette with veggies and a slice of Ezekiel bread or almond yogurt with chia seeds and a handful of berries. And be sure to drink plenty of water throughout the day. Most of us are dehydrated and don't even realize it.
