Get more sleep! I can't tell you how many people are sleep deprived. Lack of sleep can really affect your metabolism when it comes to losing weight. I know it's easier said than done, but it really is one of the most important things you can do for your body. It gives your body a chance to rejuvenate itself. It can help curb appetite, especially when it come to craving sugar and carbohydrates. Set times to go to sleep and wake on a regular schedule. It's an appointment you need to keep with yourself. Remember how great you feel when you wake up after a good nights sleep. Invest in a high-quality bed, pillows, or anything you feel you need to help you.
